Familiarity with waterfall, scrum, agile, and other delivery methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand, document, and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a professional team setting. Technical experience with IBM Cúram framework and related modules. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Cúram solutions. Experience in analyzing technical issues and performing gap analysis. Working knowledge of AWS cloud services. Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools such as Django or similar is a plus. Design and document detailed technical designs based on business and functional requirements. Develop software components and APIs following project coding standards. Conduct data mapping and gap analysis to ensure software meets business needs. Assist technical leads and architects in analyzing and implementing solutions. Develop proof of concepts and perform SQL-based data analysis. Utilize Cúram framework for new functionality development and defect resolution. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams. Recommend approaches and solutions for business requirements using Cúram. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design, and integration. Ensure timely and quality deliverables. Report on project status and communicate risks or issues. Translate and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes. Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks. IBM Cúram framework. SQL. Python / NodeJS / ReactJS / Angular / JSON. AWS. Strong communication and problem-solving. Agile and waterfall methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
