Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with certification (SLP-CCC and SLP-School) is needed to support an elementary school caseload in Stevens Point, WI. This contract position spans the normal school year and offers the opportunity to work directly with young students in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide speech and language evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing therapy services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing strategies for student success
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations related to speech therapy

Desired Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist certification
  • Experience working with elementary-age children on diverse speech and language disorders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and educators
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
  • Familiarity with educational speech therapy best practices (use of VOCO devices is not required)
