- Experience or 'Must have' skills : Must have PT related skills & previous home health experience
- # Years Experience Required : 1+year
- Previous Travel experience Required? : No
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Home health clients - surgeries, falls, etc.
- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? : Home Health and Hospice patients
- What areas are they required to cover? : 60mi radius around Valley City, ND
- EMR : HomeCare / HomeBase
- Is there a PT Manager / Supervisor on each shift? : No
- Do you staff Rehab Aides : PTAs? : This is a possibility
- Shift Details : Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- Do you allow self-scheduling? n / a
- Do you allow Block scheduling? : n / a
- Weekend Requirements : No
- Holiday Requirements : No
- Scrub Color / Dress Code : CSH color scrub or Business Casual
- How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation? : 3-5
