Summary :

We are looking for an experienced marketer with a proven track record to lead the commercial planning for expected Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) indication launch around the world.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support development of global strategic & commercialization plan for SLE ensuring strategic choices aligned to Marketing and Launch Excellence frameworks
  • Lead key commercial governance milestone (Commercial Strategy Resource Endorsement CSRE) for SLE, ensuring regional market and cross-functional senior leadership alignment throughout process and CLT endorsement of strategy and resourcing request for launches
  • Support global labeling strategy to maximize commercial opportunity and ensure indication level inputs are closely aligned at the pan-indication level
  • Partner with HEOR, Medical Affairs and Market Access to align on the evidence generation plan to enhance value differentiation for key SLE stakeholders
  • Effectively identify key SLE customer insights and analyze and synthesize market trends, competitive landscape and external innovation landscape
  • Support development of SLE strategy presentations for senior leadership
  • Develop and deliver the SLE portion of the rheumatology functional plan
  • Lead SOTYKTU Global Commercial Strategy budget management / reconciliation and annual Customer Impact Planning (tactical planning)
  • Effectively partner with agency of record (AOR) partners, ensuring tight budget management and resource allocation, through coaching, reconciliation and regular budget reviews
  • Support and enhance building ICV Global Commercial Strategy team culture

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing specific experience
  • BA / BS required with MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in rheumatology is strongly preferred; SLE experience ideal
  • Strong leadership skills to lead / contribute to the overall strategic planning and execution of key deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities, developing insights, and driving strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated willingness to push and evolve the organization with creative thinking and capability building
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to lead as well as participate in cross functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and executive collaboration required.
  • Compensation Overview : Princeton - NJ - US : $196,950 - $238,661. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
