The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergy / Immunology, and Sleep Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine / Riley Hospital for Children is recruiting a full-time pediatric outpatient allergist. IUSM is the largest medical school in the country and has the only academic allergy-immunology program in the state.
Position and Program Highlights :
- The Division is ranked among the top eight pediatric programs in the nation by U.S. News & World Report
- Join six board certified pediatric allergists and two advanced practice providers
- Indiana's only multidisciplinary program for eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases
- Partnership with the Indiana Department of Health for analysis of all abnormal newborn screenings for severe combined immune deficiencies (SCIDs)
- Recognized for distinction in clinical care by Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE). Our division performs hundreds of food challenges annually.
- Specialized services offered through High Risk Asthma Program, Center for Immune Dysregulation, and Immuogenetics Program.
- Dedicated to advancement through research and various studies : a multicenter clinical study through PARK, DBV peanut patch studies for toddlers, and oral immunotherapy peanut allergy trials for Palforzia.
