Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all phases of international relocation activities and ensure compliance with client policies

Provide exceptional customer service to assignees and their families while managing vendor relationships

Deliver consultative expertise on industry best practices and assist clients in developing international policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Related business experience in customer service or relocation field

Experience in a highly pressurized customer service environment

Demonstrated analytical and process skills

High level of accuracy and process orientation

Bilingual and / or expatriate experience is desirable
