Quality and Food Safety Supervisor

In this on-site role, youll be responsible for leading food safety and quality initiatives that ensure our products meet the highest standards. Youll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment while supporting our production team during the night shift from 11 : 00 pm7 : 00 am, Monday Friday with flexibility dependent on business needs.

Youll be part of a collaborative and quality-focused team, working closely with Corporate Quality and plant leadership. This role offers the opportunity to lead continuous improvement efforts, manage compliance programs, and support innovationall while developing and training your team. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Compliance Leadership Ensure microbial program and sanitation compliance, including HACCP, mandatory training, line validations, and third-party audits.
• Program Management Oversee allergen and inspection programs, manage the sites Food Safety Plan, and maintain the QFS Lab Budget.
• Continuous Improvement Drive HPO initiatives and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPIs. Support and train the sites QFS SOP database.
• Team Development Lead, train, and support QFS Technicians, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $78,300 $102,795 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
