We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Development & Campaigns to lead Mosaic's national fundraising and campaign strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of philanthropy for a mission-driven organization that impacts thousands of lives across the country.

What You'll Do :

As the Vice President of Development & Campaigns, you will :

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing development team focused on securing major, principal, and planned gifts.
  • Partner with the Chief Advancement Officer and President of The Mosaic Foundation to design and implement a comprehensive multi-year fundraising campaign.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners to grow diversified revenue streams.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on philanthropy, campaign design, and donor engagement.
  • Oversee campaign operations, timelines, materials, volunteer engagement, and progress reporting.
  • Collaborate across the organization-including with marketing, communications, and community relations-to maximize fundraising success.
  • Ensure best-in-class stewardship, reporting, compliance, and data management to support sustainable long-term growth.

What You'll Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in development, fundraising management, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience with increasing management responsibilities in a complex nonprofit or related setting.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale campaigns and securing major gifts.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams.
  • Strong project management abilities-able to juggle multiple priorities while staying on track with milestones and goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with proven success engaging senior leaders, volunteers, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with fundraising CRMs, data-driven decision-making, and reporting.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in development, fundraising management, communications or a related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of fundraising experience with progressive management responsibility, within a complex nonprofit organization / system.
  • Related experience working effectively with senior management teams, community leaders, and community constituents to achieve results.
