Key Responsibilities
Request copies of medical records from provider offices, focusing on high-priority cases
Coordinate operational support and retrieval activities with specialty skill teams
Maintain professional communication with provider offices and provide status updates to clients
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Mastery of the record retrieval process and proprietary systems from previous roles
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with planning, executing, and following up on procedures
