  • Opportunity to practice full spectrum Family Medicine (Without OB)
  • Outpatient only practice ensuring a balancedworklife environment
  • Clinical responsibilities to include ages 18 yrs and above, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

  • Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of AZ
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • DEA registration certificate.

    • WorkLocation : In person with option to do Telemedicine one day a week
