HVAC System Specialist Location : Nestled in Cincinnati, OH at our McMann facility Timing : Embrace the early bird schedule with the flexibility of 4x10 hour shifts.

As an HVAC System Specialist, you will take charge of the maintenance and repair of a menagerie of test chambers, HVAC setups, chillers, ovens, and ultra-low temperature systems. Imagine having the ability to prevent breakdowns before they even occur, ensuring operational efficiency and safety campus-wide!

  • Are you inspired to install and fine-tune HVAC / R and cascade systems?
  • How about offering pinpoint recalibrations and servicing of temperature control systems?
  • Visualize yourself leading inspections that thwart equipment failure.
  • Think about harnessing the power of advanced controllers and upgrades, from Thermotron to Weiss Technik.
  • Conceptualize performing rigorous thermal surveys maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities :

  • Dive into and handle diverse facility maintenance tasks across various trades, establishing an environment of excellence.
  • Lead equipment setup and relocations, ensuring seamless operations as per facility blueprints.

    • Minimum Credentials for Success :

  • GRASP : A high school diploma with a decade's experience or advanced schooling backed by ample, hands-on expertise.
  • UNDERSTAND : Mastering the nuances of cascade refrigeration systems.
  • CAPABILITY : Maneuvering in demanding climates and carrying significant load capacities.
  • CERTIFICATION : Hold a Universal EPA Certificate as your badge of expertise.

    • Preferred Skill Sets :

  • Skills in using precision measuring instruments.
  • Calibration and meticulous metrology experience.
  • Background with ISO9001 / AS9100 standards.
  • Exemplary communication skills ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Recognized qualifications like Journeyman / Master license, NATE certification, or EPA 608.
