Location : Albuquerque, NM (Statewide travel required)

Why You Matter

This isn't just a labor job—it's frontline work in a high-demand, high-impact industry. As a General Laborer , you're not a cog in the machine. You are the machine. You'll lay the physical foundation for New Mexico's clean energy future—installing solar arrays, trenching for infrastructure, and making sure every bolt, beam, and panel is in place.

We need boots-on-the-ground badasses who can deliver under pressure, think on their feet, and take pride in doing real work with real purpose.

What You'll Tackle

STRUCTURAL & SITE WORK

  • Assemble steel structures and set concrete foundations
  • Excavate trenches and pour pads that last

INSTALLATION SUPPORT

  • Mount racking, modules, and electrical systems with speed and precision
  • Support EV charging station builds from the ground up

    • EQUIPMENT & SAFETY

  • Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles with skill
  • Own every safety protocol—your life (and your crew's) depends on it
