A growing manufacturer in Monticello, IN, specializing in the production of broilers, gen sets, and chillers, is hiring Finishers to support the final stages of their manufacturing process. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential. Job Summary :

Responsible for applying powder coatings to metal surfaces using spray equipment in a production or manufacturing environment. Prepares surfaces by cleaning, masking, and inspecting parts prior to coating. Operates in a spray booth or manual application station, ensuring even coverage and proper curing. Maintains a clean work area, follows safety protocols, and performs quality checks to ensure a durable, high-quality finish.

Job Duties :

• Hang parts on overhead crane system for acid blasting
• Follow prints, measurements, and schematics
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Prepare metal surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, or blasting as needed
• Apply powder coating materials evenly using a spray gun in a spray booth or manual application area
• Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and proper coverage

Pay :

$16.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday
