Director of Pharmacy Contracting

A company is looking for a Director of Network Pharmacy Contracting, Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain business relationships with pharmacies to ensure competitive network composition

Develop pharmacy networks to achieve cost performance and trend management objectives

Evaluate and negotiate contracts while monitoring provider financial performance

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of pharmacy and / or PBM contract management experience

5+ years in a healthcare contracting related role with accountability for business results

5+ years of experience in product pricing and financial modeling

3+ years of experience developing and managing pharmacy guarantees

Experience leading a team of direct reports
