We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Lead to join our team in Miami. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across social platforms – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and Youtube. You'll be a creative force, crafting compelling video content that resonates with our target audience and propels our social media presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts with over 50k followers, scaling up followership, and generating engaging video content.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create high-quality and engaging video content tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of our social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively implement new strategies to drive results, and identify opportunities to leverage them for our brand.
- Analyze and interpret social media metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a strong brand voice and personality across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media, with a proven track record of success in managing social media accounts, driving brand awareness & followers growth (managing Instagram / TikTok accounts with over 50k followers - an advantage).Experience in creating high-quality engaging video content in high velocity.Passion for social media and a keen eye for detail.Experience in the aesthetics industry - an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - an advantage.Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics, with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive strategy.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
