This position involves supporting power generation design projects, including leading multiple tasks in power generation and distribution, renewable energy, protection and motor control design, power system studies, and related areas. Experience in renewable energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is highly desirable. The role also includes mentoring, client relationship development, and supporting marketing activities such as proposal writing and project planning.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Protection and control design experience, including setting calculations
• Instrumentation and Controls experience with DCS and PLC systems
• Field experience in startup and commissioning
• Experience with renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, microgrids)
• Previous experience with a power consulting firm
• Willingness to grow into a team lead or manager role
• Knowledge of three-phase power, protection, control design, grounding, lighting, and safety systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and power system design software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, etc.)
• Ability to conduct work sessions, project meetings, and review project documents
