Business Coach - Trainer

Employees must reside in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Colorado, or Texas. This full-time role is based remotely, with some travel, and offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $150,000 per year , depending on experience. Along with exceptional benefits , including :

ABOUT THIS BUSINESS COACH - TRAINER ROLE

This remote sales and consulting position follows a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST (7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM Arizona time) with some flexibility. As a remote team member, you will work primarily from your home office, taking four client calls per day, and occasionally travel to client sites or events.

As a remote Business Coach - Trainer, you will spend your days guiding business owners and their teams to improve leadership, strengthen operations, and increase profitability. You will provide both one-on-one coaching and group training, virtually and in person, depending on the client's needs. Each day, you will assess client goals, design coaching plans, and deliver engaging training sessions on topics like financial proficiency, customer service, and sales. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and implement solutions that drive results. You will track progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure that the coaching you provide has a lasting impact. You will also facilitate group discussions and simulations that encourage collaborative learning and real-world application.
