Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all agesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsPerform routine exams, preventive screenings, and annual wellness visitsDeliver women's health services, including pap smears and contraceptive managementOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as neededCoordinate care with dental, behavioral health, and specialty providersMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)Participate in care team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and patient education effortsAdditional Information
