Key Responsibilities

Format, edit, and proofread press releases for distribution

Contact clients regarding issues that could lead to errors and assess the authenticity of press release orders

Monitor incoming orders and assist other teams with overflow as necessary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Basic technical skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Demonstrated reliability through good attendance and punctuality

Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow under tight deadlines
