Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of new & existing Accounts, Contacts and Supplier records in Salesforce.com, utilizing reports and internal resources.
• Assist with Supplier Diversity monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting needs.
• Maintain integrity of internal Global Indirect Procurement master data (supplier, spend, etc.).
• Liaise with internal functional groups and cross company business units to ensure Global Indirect Procurement's alignment with internal operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal Global Indirect Procurement teams to standardize reporting processes.
• Provide support services as needed such as meeting planning, agendas, and project tracking.
• Aid in interpreting data and information; communicates results to Global Indirect Procurement team members and leadership.
• Support development of insight tools to ensure Global Indirect Procurement Team can lead in-depth, insightful value-based conversations with vendors / partners related to strategies and solutions.
• Document protocols to extract data in a standardized process from a variety of data sources.
• Perform data mining of Global Indirect Procurement spend categories.
• Conduct data analyses using traditional and advanced models to support research effort.
• Create presentation materials for members of the management team.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Cencora.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience.
