Previous construction, roadway, or striping experience Familiarity with paint machines, thermoplastic, or tape striping methods Experience with traffic control or flagging CDL is a plus, but not required first year

In our laborer positions, the following duties will be performed :
DUTIES :
With training and oversight provided, you will be performing all duties related to the pavement marking process including but not limited to : .
- Assist crew with daily setup and breakdown of striping operations
- Set up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs, arrow boards, etc.)
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Clean and maintain tools, trucks, and work areas
- Assist with layout, paint application, Epoxy application and thermoplastic / tape installation as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Support foreman and operators with whatever is needed to complete the job
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and the public
