Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a hands-on chef, capable of balancing creativity with consistency. This role requires expertise in menu development, cost management, and team leadership to deliver approachable yet refined dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the kitchen team while maintaining a positive, professional culture.

Work with our leadership team to develop creative seasonal menus in line with our restaurant identity.

Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation across all dishes.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and staff scheduling.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards.

Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth service and menu cangruency in line with beverage program.

Conduct pre-shift meetings and tastings to educate staff and elevate guest experience.

Stay current with dining trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role (upscale casual, chef-driven, or high-volume restaurants preferred).

Strong culinary background with knowledge of modern and classic cooking techniques.

Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, costs, and staff training.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Creativity balanced with a strong sense of consistency and efficiency.

ServSafe (or equivalent) certification preferred.
