This position on the NYC Transit payroll is competitive and is eligible for the 55-a Program. This position is open to qualified persons who are eligible for the 55-a Program. Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for providing a variety of support functions to the Department of Subways, Electronics Maintenance Division (EMD) and its operating sub-divisions, AFC Maintenance, Telecommunications, and the Central Electronics Shop.
• This position requires heavy use of Excel using complex formulas to reconcile, and track different data sets, including but not limited to staff onboarding, availability, attrition, and EMD headcount.
• Responsibilities will also include providing administrative support, which may include generating performance statistics, verifying Division compliance and adherence to deadlines, creating reports for informed decision making, and creating presentations.
• The selected candidate will also be responsible for assisting with other operational support functions as needed.

Staff Analyst I-II :

Special Note : To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level II, individuals must have, after meeting the minimum requirements, one additional year of professional experience as described in ʺ2ʺ above.
