Must Haves :
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical contracting (commercial or light industrial)
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in mechanical systems
- Experience in mechanical quality control or commissioning (TAB experience preferred)
- Proven ability to oversee QC processes and manage 1–2 technicians
- Comfortable working both on job sites and in office environments
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, NFPA, IPC / IMC, TAS)

Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Contractor QC Manager to support ongoing projects with the client, Inc., a leading mechanical contractor in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. These roles are critical to maintaining high standards of quality across complex mechanical installations on large scale commercial projects.
You will serve as the SME for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory codes, and client expectations. The role includes both field and office responsibilities, overseeing 1–2 QC technicians, managing documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. You’ll conduct inspections, lead audits, and provide updates to project stakeholders while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
