WHAT WE DO

Our Technical Account Management (TAM) team oversees integrations with clients, inventory / publisher partners, data partners and ecosystem vendors. The TAM team is responsible for the success of our technical engagements by providing thought leadership on best-practice implementations. You are not expected to build software, but you will leverage multiple technologies and tools to manage complex and custom integration projects. The person in this role will be a solution-oriented advisor and must be able to understand and communicate advanced engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Fast learner – quickly grasp and explain new technical subjects; curious, creative, and thorough
  • Ability to influence people – superior customer relationships and account management skills, including advocating product / technology initiatives
  • Project management abilities – understand the department's initiatives and translate into actionable items; set timelines and drive processes; attention to detail; formal PM experience is a plus
  • Collaborates with deal-makers and teams across Client Services, Business Development, Product, Engineering, etc. to manage key technical relationships and maximize partnership value

Who you are

  • 8+ years of work experience in a technical client-facing role
  • 3+ years of Adtech or adjacent experience
  • Experience partnering with Publishers is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
  • Proficient with Excel, Office and Outlook
  • Experience with SQL, web technologies, and APIs
  • Prebid experience a plus
  • Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with digital advertising technology such as programmatic is strongly preferred

The base salary range for this role is $113,500—$208,100 USD, with eligibility for stock-based and other incentive compensation.
