Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Charlotte, NC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting sales presentations and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our services to assist clients effectively.
