Supervisor Mission

How You'll Drive Success
Experiential Retail
- Partner with your Store Manager to continuously integrate in store our 3 experiential retail pillars : Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
- Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
- Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
- Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store
- Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track
Inspirational Team Management
Partner with your Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their rolesA clear and confident communicator, you're comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the momentRecognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management teamCultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual supportOperational & Brand Loyalty Excellence
Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandisingEffectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environmentEnsure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the storeWhat You'll Need To Thrive
