What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Consult with small business, mid-market, and enterprise customers on optimizing the Entrata platform
  • Identify and create plans to meet customer strategic business goals and objectives
  • Conduct full marketing and property management settings audits and provide deliverables
  • Build trust and resolve customer concerns while ensuring satisfaction with Entrata
  • Collaborate with other business consultants to achieve objectives for customers

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 5 years of relevant Entrata or SaaS consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid understanding of the Google Suite of products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Previous property management experience is a plus
  • Exposure to multi-family, proptech, or related industry verticals
  • Insatiable thirst for knowledge and learning
