Job Description
The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Child Support Services (CSS), has a wonderful opportunity as a Child Support Case Manager (Child Support Recovery Officer) in Spencer, IA. At CSS, we help the families of Iowa successfully navigate and understand the importance of providing both financial and emotion support for their children and build relationships with the parents to ensure they are successful. Hours, Work Location and Requirements :
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday with typical hours being from 8 : 00 AM- 4 : 30 PM. Upon successful completion of the training period and with management approval, this position offers a hybrid work opportunity, working from the office as scheduled, and from home. This position is located at the Spencer CSS office located at 20 W 6th St Ste 200, Spencer, IA.
