Overview

Join The Shipping Store as a Full-Time Graphic Designer (E-Commerce) in Las Vegas. This role focuses on creating eye-catching eCommerce graphics and collaborating with a fast-paced team. You'll bring exciting ideas to life and deliver top-notch visuals for our customers. No two days will be the same as you tackle fresh projects and sharpen your design skills.

This full-time role offers a competitive starting pay and a generous benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.

Compensation

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of projects—from photo editing to designing engaging eCommerce marketing content. Report to the Creative Design Manager and collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and the marketing team to ensure the brand shines across every visual touchpoint.
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions to refine work and support growth. Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule in a fast-paced environment where your designs make a real impact.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Passion for visually compelling, conversion-driven design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You will develop digital assets including product images, Amazon marketplace content, packaging, and eye-catching social media visuals that elevate the customer experience and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of photo editing and manipulation; balance between aesthetic appeal and functionality. Web design or UI / UX experience is a plus, but not required. You should feel comfortable brainstorming, iterating quickly, and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset, solid communication skills, and a knack for turning feedback into improvement.
