Key Responsibilities
Perform and review general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis to support management decision-making.Help design and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a growing organization.Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure accounting accuracy and efficiency across the business.Manage multiple priorities and projects, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.Leverage NetSuite to streamline workflows and improve reporting capabilities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as the company scales.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or progress toward certification a plus.3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented, proactive approach.Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across teams.Salary up to $95K, depending on experience
