Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated enablement strategy aligned with Revenue Operations and GTM goals
Create scalable onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire productivity and sales effectiveness
Measure and report on enablement performance and ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field
7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS
Proven success in leading enablement programs that impact pipeline creation and conversion rates
Experience with enablement technology platforms and learning management systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
