Customer Support Representative

The Customer Service Representative is to offer an industry-leading customer service experience via Chat, Email, or Phone. Our goal is to respond to each customer within 35 seconds via Chat or 24 hours via email. We accept or make phone calls as required.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Typical pay for this position is $16 / hour. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range.
This role is a full-time on-site position Monday-Friday 9am-6pm CST at our location in Champaign Illinois.
