Maintain a clean, inviting, safe studio environment : implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members Manage studio cleanliness : Allocate cleaning staff in a manner that keeps attrition under 7% Leadership : Can you inspire a shared sense of purpose in the studio. This includes leading your team through change, getting buy-in, and coaching through ambiguity. Business Acumen : Can you see beyond the surface, understanding the intricate dance of sales and operations. Strategic Thinking : Problems and challenges in the studio are not roadblocks, but puzzles waiting to be solved. Can you dissect a challenge, analyze it’s components and forge solutions that deliver financial results. Persuasion : Relationship based selling is not coercion but building trust and value. Can you build trust with studio guests (intro’s) that creates a compelling vision for why they should join and become a member at the studio? Delegation and Empowerment : Are you able to delegate in a manner that yields strong revenue and membership targets. Team Player : Are you okay cleaning? Cleanliness is a huge part of the customer experience and maintenance of the equipment (cold plunge, sauna, & shower in suite). Must be okay with the cleaning aspect of the job. High School Diploma or GED required Degree in a related field Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certification (AED) received through in person training required Specialized credentials preferred or equivalent work experience or education in specialized function 2+ years of experience in a sales environment Experience with relationship-based selling, building value and overcoming objections Must be able to lift 50lbs Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking Inquisitive : Eager to learn and understand, observant; interested in others Attentive : Mindful, observant, empathetic, considerate of others Dependable : Consistent, flexible, true to their word, can be relied upon by others Enthusiastic : Engaged, positive, eager to be of service Performance-Minded : Strives for excel and better abilities; delivers result at the highest level Genuine : Fully authentic, sincere, and open-minded; shows up as who they are Energy : Strong endurance; self motivated; faces challenges head on, confident Honest : Demonstrates high integrity, conscientious , truthful; stands up for their beliefs

Salary : $67k-$69k per year
Hours : 45+ Hours weekly
Bonus Structure : $500 per month based on studio needs at discretion of the Owner / Regional Manager

Job Summary :
The SWTHZ studio manager plays a critical role in leading and motivating their team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Sales and Membership Growth (40% of role)
- Achieve studio membership and revenue goals : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional sales support : Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Track and analyze membership data : Monitor key membership KPI’s and use insights to form strategic decision making.
- Partner with marketing team : Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads.
Leadership & Team Management (40% of role)
Operational Excellence (20% of role)
Identify and implement operational improvements : Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed.
