About the Role :

As our Aesthetics Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your centers success, overseeing all operations, guiding your team to exceed performance metrics, and ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and create a vibrant and energetic workplace where everyone thrives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.
