TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med / Surg RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089!

Pay Information

$2,618 per week

About The Position

  • Provide direct patient care & coordinate total nursing care.
  • Serve as backup Charge RN when needed.
  • Educate patients & families on care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards & documentation.

Job Requirements

  • VT or Compact RN License
  • 2+ yrs recent Med Surg & Rehab exp (Charge RN exp required)
  • Previous travel exp (min 3 months)
  • ACLS & BLS (AHA) – Required
  • BSN preferred
  • Must have own vehicle (no public transport available)
  • No block scheduling | No locals (within 50 miles)
