Director of Pharmacy Operations- Lead. Grow. Transform.

We’re looking for a dynamic pharmacy operations leader ready to make a lasting impact. As Director of Pharmacy Operations, you’ll oversee a growing network of pharmacies across multiple states, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in patient care. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment—balancing strategy with hands-on leadership, and building high-performing teams that deliver results.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and mentor pharmacy leaders to consistently hit operational, compliance, and patient care goals.
  • Translate executive vision into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Use data to drive decision-making—tracking prescription volume, staffing, expenses, and profitability to fuel growth.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize workflows and service delivery.
  • Champion recruitment, training, and retention to build strong, resilient teams.
  • Step in with hands-on support when challenges arise—no problem is too big or small.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Pharm.D. degree from an accredited institution.
  • 8–10+ years in pharmacy operations leadership, with proven success managing multiple locations (retail and / or mail order experience a plus).
  • A natural leader who knows how to inspire, coach, and empower teams.
  • Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets and driving sustainable growth.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and resourceful—you thrive in environments where growth, change, and problem-solving are everyday opportunities.
