We have a hardwood face veneer division, a specialty plywood division, and a retail wood products division.

We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Production Technician. The primary role of this position is to produce the highest quality veneer and plywood products by working with a team and performing a variety of roles, including machine operation, manual inspection and sorting of material.

THIS SHIFT IS FROM 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday. If overtime is required the shift may start earlier, extend later, or come in on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Work on a production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
