Senior Content Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Content Strategist, Information Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Define and revise information architecture for technical documentation to enhance content usability across various platforms

Evaluate and improve content management systems and workflows to support an enterprise-wide content vision

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and guide the implementation of content management tools

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of content management systems and AI-enabled content tools

Familiarity with XML / DITA and structured content architectures

Experience with content workflows and ongoing education for team support

Ability to present innovative content approaches and persuade teams to adopt new processes

Experience working on SaaS-based initiatives or companies
