We are currently seeking a Process Transformation Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

BPS Process Transformation Architect

Location : Client-Site + Remote

Type : Full-Time

Role Overview

You will own the operational transformation layer of the engagement. Your job is to diagnose bottlenecks, identify automation opportunities, set KPIs, and define how AI-native workflows integrate into day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state BPS process flows and pain points
• Redesign workflows for automation, agent integration, and digitization
• Define key metrics : cycle time, FTE effort, error rate, ROI
• Partner with tech teams to validate feasibility and iterate on improvements
• Drive change adoption across business and ops teams
