Required Qualifications : Master's Degree - From an accredited Speech / Language Pathology Program or, Ph.D. - From an accredited Speech / Language Pathology Program or equivalent educ / experience. Coursework / Training - Specialized speech / language pathology training to meet a particular department need. Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
