About the Role
We are seeking a Media Manager to lead and execute paid media strategies across digital channels for a growing U.S. media team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on digital marketer with strong client‑facing experience, deep expertise in paid search and social, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving agency environment.
The Media Manager will oversee multiple client accounts, driving performance across campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring all media activations align with client goals and KPIs.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Lead paid media campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta platforms with a focus on lower‑funnel performance and conversion optimization.
- Manage and optimize budgets totaling $10–12M annually across multiple client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic media plans for 3–5 mid‑to‑large clients simultaneously.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to clients using Power BI , Excel , and other analytics tools.
- Serve as a strategic and hands‑on expert , advising clients on best practices and performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams globally to ensure alignment on campaign execution and reporting.
- Work independently in a fast‑moving, unstructured environment , demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Must‑Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in paid media management within an agency environment .Proven expertise in Google Ads (Paid Search) and Meta Ads (Paid Social) .Experience managing large‑scale budgets ( $10M+ annually ).Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Dataroma .Strong client‑facing communication skills , with the ability to present complex performance data clearly and confidently.Highly organized, detail‑oriented , and proactive.Based in or near Miami, FL .Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality or travel industry.Familiarity with conversion tracking , lower‑funnel optimization , and data‑driven media strategies .Comfortable working in an international, fast‑growth agency environment.Seniority level
