- The Guest Service Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience through attentive hospitality, seamless service, and strong team leadership. This position oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, fostering a culture of genuine care, professionalism, and elevated guest engagement that reflects the standards of an upscale dining environment
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service ExcellenceUphold and model the restaurant’s service standards, ensuring every guest receives a warm, attentive, and personalized experience.Proactively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and exceed expectations.Oversee dining room flow and coordinate service timing to ensure a smooth, elegant guest experience.Leadership & Team Development
Lead, train, and inspire hosts, servers, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-level service.Conduct pre-shift meetings to review menu changes, reservations, VIP guests, and service focus points.Provide regular coaching and performance feedback, fostering a motivated and professional team culture.Operational ExcellenceCollaborate with the management team to manage daily operations, including reservations, floor plans, and guest flow.Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the dining room to maintain upscale standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with labor management, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.Support inventory and cost-control initiatives as they relate to service operations.Contribute to achieving revenue goals through service efficiency, upselling, and guest retention strategies.Qualifications
3+ years of front-of-house management experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests and team members.Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, service-driven approach.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressure.Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service standards preferred.Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Compensation details : 62000-65000
