About The Role

Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities in the plant to maximize equipment utilization and reliability.

What You'll Accomplish

• Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and complies with regulations.
• Lead the Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and Energy Isolation (EI) programs.
• Oversee maintenance of process and quality instrumentation for compliance and quality control.
• Keep the Maintenance Manager informed of issues, including union matters, budget, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain predictive / preventive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems.
• Monitor plant electrical equipment daily for reliability.
• Prioritize, plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical and control system work with other departments.
• Follow up on work effectiveness and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain electrical documentation and assist in budget development and compliance.
• Evaluate and define control system programs, provide training, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and manage improvement activities and CAPEX.
• Promote safety and environmental policies in all work areas.

What We're Looking For

Education : Technical degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.

Work Experience : Minimum 5 years in electrical supervision, project experience, PLC programming, and HMI systems knowledge.

Skills : SAP, MS Office.

Additional Requirements : Adherence to safety protocols and PPE use, including respirator requirements.
