Experience in civil litigation or Creditors Rights / collections is a plus. We practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Experience in any of those states is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume caseload
- Attend regular court appearances
- Issuance of subpoenas
- Post judgment enforcement
- Litigating cases
- High volume settlements
- Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents
