    • Key responsibilities include :

  • Follow care plan directives and provide direct patient care, assisting residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving, as well as transporting residents to dining rooms and events.
  • Assess resident needs and ensure safety by observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Work closely with the nursing team to accurately record vital signs and maintain records of activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Administer infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
  • Promptly respond to residents' call lights and regularly assess their needs to ensure they are met.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Must possess certified nursing aide licensure as required by state regulations.
