Our Call Center Representatives are local to Houston, TX or any of the other locations operated by our company, yet work remotely to service thousands of prospects and members in their wellness journey.

Consistently make 100+ Outbound calls per dayMake 10+ prospect bookings per dayFollow communication “scripts” when handling different topicsBuild client rapportIdentify customers’ needs and ask clarifying questionsResearch issues and educate clients on solutionsKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayAttend regular team meetingsOther duties as assignedDESIRED ATTRIBUTES :
