Key Skills / Responsibilities

  • SupervisorySkills : Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring all associates fulfull their job functions appropriately.
  • CulinaryKnowledge : Support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
  • CostandQualityControl : Analyzecosts,breakage,andqualitysupportforvariouskitchen areas.
  • SafetyandCompliance : Educateassociatesonsafetyissuesandensurecompliancewith healthandsafetyregulations.
  • CommunicationandLeadership : Approachallencounterswithguestsandassociatesina friendly,service-orientedmannerandmaintainopencommunicationwithotherdepartments.
  • SanitationandCleanliness : Ensurethehighestlevelsofsanitationandcleanlinessinall facilitiesand equipment.

Education & Experience

  • HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent,withatleast1yearofexperienceinkitchenoperationsorasimilarfield,including a minimum of 1 year of supervisoryexperience.
  • Knowledgeoffoodandbeverageserviceoperationsispreferred.
  • Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include : Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
  • AbilitytoacquireFoodManagerCertificationasrequiredbyapplicablestateregulations.
