GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – PART TIME

The Edmond Nothing Bundt Cakes location is open Monday to Friday from 9 : 00AM to 7 : 00PM, Saturdays from 10AM to 6PM and Sundays from 11AM to 4PM. We are located at 1142 East 2nd Street, Edmond OK 73034. At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our Guest Service Representatives as Joy Creators! The Joy Creator creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, serving an essential role to engage and bring joy, creating a memorable experience, while leaving a positive, lasting impression.

Note : This is for a Part Time position at EDMOND location. OPENING LATE OCTOBER 2025

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet walk-in and over-the-phone guests with genuine, helpful enthusiasm to determine their needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist guests : sizing, flavors, pricing, special promotions, etc.
• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
• Uphold a clean, organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning.
• Restock retail merchandise and the cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
• Assist the Crafter in preparation of cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent work attendance and punctuality.

Pay starts at $11 / hr depending on experience.
