Work Details : This person will work from our downtown Hutchinson branch, located at 129 West Avenue A. Must be available to work 36-40 hours per week, between 7 : 45 am - 5 : 45pm M-Th, 7 : 45 am - 6 : 15 F and then 8 : 45am - 12 : 15pm on rotating Saturdays. Will work rotating Saturdays. NO Evenings or Sundays!!

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the branch, directs them to the correct staff member for assistance and provides assistance with ATM usage, coin counting machine, safety deposit boxes and other branch services.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of paying and receiving functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Verifies cash totals and balances each day's transactions.
• Educates members of credit union products and services.
• Balances ATM machines, coin counters, and cash dispensing / recycling machines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
• Provides superior service to our members.
• Proactively support and advance HCU's brand platform.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
